The texts in this book relate to the film project "You Killed the Underground Film or the Real Meaning of Kunst bleibt... bleibt...", upon which Wilhelm Hein has been working since 1989 and which now comprises a total of fifteen 16mm rolls of film and has a running time of about as many hours, b/w & colour, sound on cd.

The film only exists as a 16mm original accompanied by Wilhelm Hein.

Biography
Wilhelm Hein was born in Duisburg, Germany, in 1940. He is a co-founder of XSCREEN, Cologne, first station for underground film screenings in Germany, independent
film-maker since 1968.
